The climate is changing and winters are getting warmer. Not much use for a ski shoe any more - unless it is taken into use as a CW key.

The ski binding is screwed to a piece of wood. A real ski could also be used as a base, but a full-sized ski doesn't fit easily into my hamshack, and I didn't want to break my skis with a saw yet (still hoping for a snowy winter). Keying contacts are made of a piece of PC-board material glued to the shoe bottom and a strip of metal screwed to the wooden base.

This key is primarily intended for hand use. If you prefer operating CW by feet, see my CW insoles or QLF pedal.
